“Calm house with beautiful view”

The location is very calm with an amazing view. You can see a long way across the hills and valleys. At the same time it is not hard to get to, just a few hundred meters from the tarmac. Of course it's still in the middle of Tuscany hills, so you expect an average speed of 50-60 km/h when going anywhere.

Everything was as you see in the pictures.. all green and quiet. The owners were really nice and helpful with anything we asked... they gave us good tips regarding our visits to the surrounding cities as well as Florence.

So peaceful, beautiful views, very very clean property with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. No concern about privacy being on the farm with owners. Very kind people that make excellent olive oil. We enjoyed our daily drives in to San Gimignano every afternoon - it’s only 3 mile, and then enjoyed the peace and quiet with views over the Tuscan landscape. Very handy to other places of interest.

The owner and her parents that live there, both were really friendly, kind and open-handed. They also have a really cute dog that we fell in love with! The house was great, big and comfortable!

It’s lovely place, I can feel all tuscany mood. Kind host, good and quiet location, next to San Gimignano. The house was comfortable, equipped with all you need basic. Excellent view at Tuscany fields.We have pleasant stay.

We arrived late as the direction to the property that was linked on booking.com was not really accurate. It pointed us to a wrong house but the owner was very understanding. He waited for us and tried to explain everything even though he doesn't speak English. The villa was cozy, we slept really well there and so does our baby. Everything you need to cook is there. And of course, the view was amazing. Though it was rainy and cloudy all through out our stay there, still it was nice. I can only imagine how it looks like during spring and summer.

beautiful surroundings and a lot of space. Obviously need a car to stay here but it's only about 10mins away to San Gimignano and 30mins to Volterra.

Perfect location into the Toscany nature!!! Very friendly stuff and the house was fully equipped. Two lovely dogs that our children loved them.

Location is off the main road, quiet and peaceful. Around 10-15 min by car to San Gimignano. I found the place clean, enough space for 4 persons and had everything we needed. The host was helpful and offered support when needed.

Beautiful property. It was about 10 minutes from San Gimignano. You will need a car. We had a great time, the property was large and a good getaway. Teresa was always available via phone. We also booked a cooking class at the local winery which was a highlight!
