The place was excellent. It's just a five-minute drive from San Gimignano, which makes the location incredibly convenient while still feeling completely immersed in nature. The views were stunning, the staff were attentive and professional, and the breakfast was outstanding. We didn’t have dinner there, but everything we saw looked amazing as well. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and everything is designed with great style and attention to detail. A perfect combination of comfort, aesthetics, and natural surroundings.

A real gem in the Tuscan country side. Really well maintained and decorated and quality oriented. Also, it s perfectly located for day trips to Siena, Florence, Pisa and to all small cities and castles in the region. And only a 5 minutes drive to San Gimignano. Diego and Pedro and the entire personnel were wonderful.

The location is simply breathtaking: the view of San Gimignano looks like a painting, and the sunsets will stay in our hearts forever. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with everything homemade. We highly recommend booking dinner as well, the menus are always exquisite, with both meat and vegetarian options available. The entire property is beautifully decorated with unique artisanal pieces. Rooms are spacious, elegant, and spotless, with great bathrooms and large showers. The garden is stunning, and the pool is always pristine, offering an incredible panoramic view. Another thing that makes this place so special is the peaceful atmosphere, it’s an adults-only property, which guarantees absolute tranquility. The location is also ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, and Diego and Pedro are always happy to help guests plan their days and assist with anything they might need. Truly the best agriturismo I’ve ever stayed at, no wonder it’s often fully booked. A magical place that fills you with peace and energy. I can’t wait to return.

What an unforgettable stay! This agriturismo, nestled among the rolling Tuscan hills just outside San Gimignano, is an absolute treasure. From the moment we arrived, Diego and Pedro made us feel truly welcome, their kindness and eye for detail make all the difference. The view over San Gimignano is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. It’s one of those rare places where time seems to stop. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, everything homemade and delicious, and dinner was just as impressive, with both meat and vegetarian options thoughtfully prepared. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, just like the rest of the property, filled with elegant details and local craftsmanship. The pool area is pure perfection, surrounded by nature and offering an unforgettable view. Another thing we really appreciated is the peaceful atmosphere: the property is reserved for guests aged 15 and older, which guarantees absolute tranquility and relaxation. It’s no surprise this place is often fully booked, it’s serene, romantic, and full of charm. We can’t wait to return!

“A magic place”

Out of our entire trip, this was definitely the place we loved staying the most. The style is like a countryside hotel, very rustic. Every corner of the hotel is impeccable. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. We fell in love with every detail. The rooms are quiet, very well equipped, and spotless (the bathroom has a shower that’s a dream!). The breakfast offers a wide variety of food, and everything is absolutely delicious (we tried it all). Pedro and Diego were incredibly kind and helpful — they showed us around the entire hotel and made us feel completely at ease. If we had more time, we would definitely have extended our stay here. If you love rustic places, or if you’re planning to explore Tuscany and want to stay somewhere that brings peace and tranquility, this is the perfect place!

Il segreto di Pietrafitta is truly a gem! You literally feel like in paradise. Diego and Pedro are perfect hosts and you feel welcome from the start. They put so much attention to detail and make the stay special. Breakfast and dinner are also amazing and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. We were lucky to get a last minute booking, as they had a cancellation before.

The food at breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. Cooking class on site was a highlight of our stay. This was a fantastic choice for our first visit to Tuscany.
