“Perfect sense of Italian country home.”
The place is absolutely gorgeous and Teresa and her mother are lovely and marvelous. We have nice sleepover so close to San Gimignano. In the morning we had the most delicious and comfortable breakfast thanks to Teresa’s mother. We were the only guests at that time, but the table was full with for all tastes of breakfast. Teresa’s mother is one lovely woman. We felt very welcomed!

“Best views to San Gimignano!”
A true gem among the wineyards, with the best view to San Gimignano, without any doubt. The route to the accomodation is a bit tricky, but worth it. Great swimming pool. We wanted to try the great home-made dinner, but it is only held if at least 8 people join. If there is no dinner, I recommend you to take some food with you for the evening there.

Very nice location in the middle of a winetard and olivetrees plantation, with view on San Gimigniano. We were offered a wine tasting and a dinner. We went for the dinner and we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside in a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Very nice and large room in a building next to the main one. A pool was available but unfortunately we had no tine to try it out.

“Authentically rustic and memorable”
Such a unique and relaxing place! Its a couple km from town, but as long as you have a car this is such a value! The location is amazing...right in the Tuscany countryside...so very very genuine and authentically rustic. Management and staff are also great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property is absolutely lovely!! The view of San Gimignano was stunning! It's very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodated (on an extremely short notice) my dietary restrictions. Our stay was lovely - and i recommend getting a few bottles of their delicious wine!!

Beautiful and peaceful location with amazing views over the Tuscan hills. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing – perfect for a countryside break. The pool area was clean and refreshing. We are especially thankful for the warm hospitality and the flexibility shown during breakfast – it really meant a lot.
