Big and comfortable bed with privacy. Good location, nice food options. Staff is friendly also allowed to do early check in.

Comfortable rooms. Decent bathrooms with no hot water in the shower but it wasn't freezing cold either, and San Gil is hot enough that we didn't mind. Great choice of food at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and the laundry service was great and affordable.

Excellent location...great having on-site meals available. Lots of info and help booking tours and transport. An older place so character as opposed to shiney and modern but the price reflects that.

“Simple but good!”

The staff were extremely friendly, the location was quiet yet very central, and although the rooms were small, they had everything you need (TV, fan, table, hooks...). Good breakfest included in the price!

“Great stay in the heart of San Gil”

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, right in the center. Emmanuel and the staff are super friendly and gave heaps of info about things to do nearby. The included breakfast is great and keeps you going for the first few hours of the day. My double room was basic but had everything I needed and, like the bathrooms, it was very clean. The only minor thing is that the kitchen could use some more equipment if you want to cook a full meal. Overall, a very relaxed vibe for a few days. Thanks for the hospitality!

The staff are all very welcoming, Enmanuel, Iris, Juan, Cesár, Lulu (dog)… everyone. The hotel has an old-style aesthetic and it always stays clean. The bar and restaurant are decent and the staff are attentive. They also help organize tours and often have happy hour at the bar.

Great value for money. The double bunk bed was super spacious and comfy. Loved the breakfast (there are a few choices). The location is very central and short walk to everything. The owner was very helpful and spoke very good English too. Being able to refill a water bottle here is also super useful and appreciated.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The building is an old home that has been converted into rooms and has a nice feel. The kitchen is good and there js a refrigerator that you can use. The location is good, Lulu the dog is very cute, and I would happily stay here again. There are activities for those who want to join in (football, tejo, salsa, etc.) in collaboration with other hostels if you want to meet people but stay at a more relaxed environment. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner.

Very nice and helpful staff! They try to help with everything, we could even book our bus with them! As well it was great to have a delicious breakfast included in the very fair price. Overall a very welcoming atmosphere.

“Cozy and Improving Hostel Stay”

The hostel has a homey feel with a very good included breakfast, and the staff are absolutely wonderful—helping to arrange many activities and ensuring a great location. There are plenty of sports and adventure activities available, and towels are provided.

Great location, friendly receptionists with suggestions and tips for activities in San Gil and nearby. Immanuel was very friendly.

No complaints after my week spent there. Wifi was reliable and strong. Hostel was kept very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The dog was so sweet. Very good prices on the laundry service, snacks, drinks and restaurant food. They offered a Christmas Eve meal that was classy and delicious. Chill out area in the back and lots of information for those who wish to do activities around town and in the region.
