“Quiet and fresh stay with college vibes”
Quiet place and sleep since it's inside the huge university campus. Fresh at night and during the day since it's on a hill and gets a lot of fresh breeze. Quite a large room. A lot of free parking on the road in front of the building which is inside the campus so you have granted campus security. Friendly security guy and very informative and helpful staff at the reception. Good value for money.

We arrived at night and had a smooth check-in! It felt 200% safe! The room had everything we needed — no smell at all, very clean and comfortable. I instantly felt immersed in the student vibe, and it was so cool! In the morning, my husband and I even played some table tennis before continuing our journey.

“It serves it purpose...”
I liked that the facilities are close enough to La Parguera, we were there in about 20 minutes. I also love that the San Germán municipality has so much history, starting with the Porta Coeli Church and two additional history museums.

“Lovely staff, well located for visiting La Parguera Bioluminescent Bay (by car)”
Picked this place as it was only 20 min drive from La Parguera Bioluminescent Bay we've been visiting that night. Located in a nice town and has gated territory, feeling safe to stay and park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean decent size room.

“Great college dorm experience on a beautiful campus”
Really cool location right on the University Campus. You're staying in a college dorm, so definitely gave me nostalgia for a simpler time. AC worked well, TV worked and could be switched from Spanish language to English.
