The room was huge!

There were bed bugs. The neighbourhood had a lots of homeless people who play loud music in the middle of night. Couldn’t sleep at all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restrooms are clean, but they lack of shelf for personal stuff. The hotel is quiet and has all the required facilities.

“Great value for money, absolutely no regrets”

Based on the reviews and the 1-star rating, I had zero expectations and I was ready for the worst. Instead, I found a decent hotel. Yes, the bedroom was simple, but it had everything I needed: a good bed, a drawer for clothes and a sink. Yes, the toilet and showers are common, but they were kept very clean and within my 8-night stay I never had to wait for these to be available. The proximity to everything is just great. A few minutes of walking from the Union Square. Metro (to the airport) right around the corner. 1-2 streets from the Moscone conference center. A short walk to the shore. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Given the circumstances of the neighborhood the hotel is in, the hotel staff does a really good job cleaning and are very friendly. The cost performance was good in my opinion.

The hotel is economical and clean, amazing bang for your buck, but the catch is that is located in the heart of the Tenderloin district. The rooms have very white clean sheets, a sink, and a general old-school vibe. The location had quick access to public transportation, so no car was needed.
