Honestly nothing! - overpriced for what you get (3x as much as a hostel for 2x more noise (train and motorways next to it) - smells like piss. Absolutely horrible they should changed the carpets… - 1 shared bathroom (a bath) that is disgusting. - don’t event want to hold you bags if you arrive early or leave later during the day. - room is dirty and smelly. - Walls a full or marks and stains.

Giving the price, everything was okay. Walking distance from the Chase Center. If you don't feel like walking, there's also a direct tram that takes you there.

The room doesn’t have a private toilet or a shower. If you need to use the bathroom at night, you have to go out to the public restroom. This is simply unbelievable.

The bed was comfortable, and it was relatively close to the railway station

The toilet and bathroom are outside the room. Each one servicing the whole floor. Imagine one toilet for more than six rooms!!!

I didn't even think that there couldn't be a small refrigerator in the room, and there's no clothes hanger, not even a hook.

We were able to check in early thanks to receptionist Raj. The room was nice and clean. The shared bathroom and shower room was pretty clean. The room itself was quite lovely.

Very good location, 15 min walk to union square, Tram and Bus stop right outside. Shared bathroom was always clean, room also was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
