“We loved our stay at the Metro Hotel and would happily stay again”

Great little hotel in a fabulous location. Easy walking distance to bars, cafes, public transport (& Haight-Ashbury!) Art throughout the hotel and Lindt balls in the foyer :)

Staff very friendly

Location is excellent, on a very safe and stylish neighborhood. Very comfy bed and clean throughout. Staff are helpful and gracious. Unique decor and artwork is a nice touch.

“I bit too pricy for what I got”

The building has character, nice style. Very nice and friendly staff. The room was clean and professionally serviced. There are some nice places where to have breakfast and meals in the area. The bus stop it not far. The bed was very comfortable.

“In the center of the Haights.”

The Metro is a home from the beginning. It is simple, small and a bit crooked but is is full of heartiness. The owner (?) helps you with anything and gives you good guidance especially for the Haights. A good place to start your trip to SF. Arnold

Gorgeous artsy hotel in a good safe location in San Fran. Great size room with comfortable beds. Very friendly helpful staff. Very close to a laundromat. Easily able to get street parking close to the hotel. And good transport links.

The Metro Hotel is an excellent hotel in a great part of San Francisco. The staff here were absolutely fantastic, really easy to talk to, gave useful insight into the local areas and even drew key points on a map. The room itself was modern, spacious and clean, with nice fixtures and fittings. If I come back to San Francisco, I would try to stay here again!

“Arty hotel in good location but a little pricey”

Good location near Haight Ashbury, and a very easy bus journey to most areas of the city. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I liked the arty style of the rooms and reception.

The staff, the corridors packed with artwork and charm. I arrived very early and they get me sorted. Went above and beyond.

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days. The staff were happy and helpful, the location was excellent with lots to do and see within walking distance.

The area around The Metro had a nice assortment of bars, restaurants and the neighbourhood was all around very pleasant. The staff was very helpful. The Hotel had a nice atmosfear, and I really enjoyed the interior decoration and it's artistic direction The location felt close to anything you need ed as a tourist, and a business visitor.
