The facility was new and modern. The staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top restaurant was nice. The location was not exactly in the most desired part of the city but there was 24/7 security at the hotel door to make sure the guests are not harassed. Close to public transport ( BART station) and Moscone centre.

Very good hotel with a great location close to everything we needed. The surrounding neighbourhood can feel a bit rough at times, especially at night, but the hotel itself felt very safe thanks to the visible security presence. The rooms were clean and comfortable. While most of the staff were helpful, some of the people working at the front desk were a bit confusing and not particularly friendly during our stay. Despite that, overall we had a good experience and would consider staying again.

“Good hotel, but not the best value for the price due to location-related issues.”
Stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are good and comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is convenient, especially if you need to be close to nearby offices. Breakfast was included.

Its located in a very dangerous place. I was even scared of going outside to wait for a taxi. Drug dealers/consumers & homeless people on the other side of the street, facing the hotel entrance!!
