The staff were amazing. So welcoming, friendly and helpful. They take customer service seriously and are passionate in what they do. The facilities are wonderful, roof top lounge, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, free coffee and tea during certain hours, beautiful lobby, games room. The rooms are spacious, modern and fully equipped with kitchenettes. The huge bed so comfortable.

Perfect location, big rooms and for San Francisco quite rooms but depends on which side of the hotel. I have stayed in the hotel several times and in many others around the Union Square. Donatello is great for the money.

It was great to be able to go to the Club on the roof and have coffee, rad the paper and see what the weather was like.

The hotel is very well located. There is easy access to cable cars and bus connections. The bed was extremely comfortable and having a microwave oven in the room was great.

Great location, close to Union square, China Town, such a beautiful City. Our room was cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the roof top and the little amenities were lovely in rooms and in the foyer. Staff friendly and helpful. Love San Francisco 🤍

“San Francisco Central”

Friendly reception staff, spacious room with a lovely lounge on level 14 with complimentary tea/coffee. Close to Union Square, cable car, buses and trains. The most comfortable bed I slept in during my 6 week journey.

Good sized room and comfortable bed. Good location, microwave and fridge useful. Happy hour on terrace. Filtered water and ice available.
