“Clean and convenient city accommodation”

Clean and convenient onsite parking for an additional $30, hard to find in SF. Only a few minutes walk to Market St where you can catch buses to many central routes. Breakfast was adequate - cereals, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt and juice. Staff were flexible with parking and let us keep the car parked for a few hours after we checked out so we could pick it up after we explored the city.

Beds are comfortable and room was lovely. Definitely would recommend.

The location is not bad, the bathroom is really big but that's pretty much it.

The staff is extremely kind and available. Rooms are clean and there are all the necessities. The breakfast is super good. Excellent value for money. I’ll come back surely.

Terrible hotel. The room was small and noisy, without enough space to move around and put things down. There is no elevator (a sign warns that there are works to install one, but where??), the stairs are ugly and dirty. At the end of the hallway, where the rooms are located, there are brooms, buckets, mops, detergents, and everything needed for cleaning. We stayed 4 nights, the first day they forgot to clean and change the linen, the third at 2.30 pm the room was not ready yet and we had to wait for them to clean, which was done in a rushed way. The breakfast in the morning was very poor, only a small space in the hall with just two small tables. If you arrive late you risk having breakfast standing up. Definitely a terrible value for money

The girl at the front desk gave us advices about the city and how to get to the cable car and how to purchase cheap tickets. They kept our suitcases after the check out

The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the price was fine.

Convenient for walking around San Francisco. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Nicely decorated bedroom and bathroom.

Access to the microwave, private bathroom - although without possibility to adjust shower head. Coffee machine in the room. Some improvements - elevator under the project.

Air conditioning worked very well, even though it was super noisy. Bed extremely comfortable for me, and as I have a bad back I very rarely find that.
