When my colleague arrived he was not given the room I booked and paid for as it did not have his name attached to the room, the staff member was not very helpful. He had to book another room and pay and we have had no response from the hotel regarding a refund on the £2k plus we paid on the original room

“Perfect place to base yourself for exploring San Fran”
Great location for exploring San Fran. Good sized room. We paid a $30 destination fee on top of our booking per night (pretty standard in the US) but this was the only place we stayed where you got that money as credit - which could then be spent on either breakfast or at the restaurant or bar so it felt like you got food for free. It also included a free cable car ride for 2 which was such a good perk, saving us $16. There was one member of staff in particular at the front desk who was perhaps the most joyful person I have ever met and he really went above and beyond with our interaction - thank you. Also great toiletries provided and replenished daily.

Marriott at its best. Close to everything and high quality breakfast, super nice room and first class beds View of China town. Separate elevators for the higher floors. Several 24 hour possibilities to buy food.
