Cleanliness, comfortable bed, big room, and hot shower. It was nice to use the microwaves available for a quick meal. Luggage drop-off and parking spot.

Very good location on Lombard Street to explore San Francisco, clean and spacious rooms, staff is polite, breakfast is simple and pretty much the same everyday but enough to start the day. All in all a pretty good experience. Hint - the coffee shop across the street is a gem, as well as the Japanese place next to the hotel - their ramen is amazing.

Very good location with walking distance to the harbour and ferrys to Alcatraz! There are curtains for the beds which is very much appreciated! Good breakfeast. Priceworthy!
