The hotel is situated in an excellent and safe neighborhood, making it a great base for exploring. A significant advantage is the free on-site parking, which is a rare and very helpful find in this area.

The hotel was well located and close to many cafés. The management was very accommodating and flexible, they were able to extend my stay while I was looking for long‑term housing, which I really appreciated.

Overall fine, no thrills, but certainly (at the least the room we got) was very dated. If your out all day it’s fine but certainly not anything exceptional.

Location, bus routes, cafes are excellent around the property! Mike was very personable and helpful at every opportunity and went way and beyond his duty to make us feel like home even answering all questions to various sightseeing events around San Francisco!

The location, it's really near to streets with a lot of restaurants and caffees. I went there with a taxi but there's a lot of space to park a car.

The bathroom was a pleasant surprise — nicely done and well maintained, which stood out compared to the rest of the property. The location is genuinely excellent, right in one of San Francisco's most charming neighbourhoods with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. If location is your priority, this place ticks that box without question.

The room was cosy and clean. The bathroom was renovated and really nice. Comfortable bed. Great location.

The location was fantastic! Literally minutes drive away from Lombard Street, the Golden Gate Bridge, The Piers and everything else we wanted to see. The bed was huge and room was a good size.
