“Great”
Great location to explore SF. Staff was very nice. The first night we experienced a room with quiet a lot of noise probably due to cooling system , or water boiler .. the staff quickly allocated us a new room that was much more silent. This was very appreciated.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet area but within walking distance of attractions and a cable car right outside. Exceptional service from all staff at the desk, main entrance and restaurant. Immaculately clean hotel with complimentary coffee and milk in the mornings, and apples throughout the day. Hotels like this are hard to find. Thank you Omni.

“Leaving my heart in San Francisco”
Super hotel! Calm, peaceful (yes, even in the middle of San Francisco!) with lovely helpful staff. On arrival my flight was delayed by more than 3 hours meaning that I finally got here at past 2am! I had managed to text ahead so there was someone at Reception waiting for me. After checking me in, he took me and my heavy bags to the room. So grateful! I had the best night's sleep of my entire trip. Traditional decor and comfort but with the usual modern facilities.
