“I felt like I was staying in a halfway house.”
The hotel was easy to get to on public transit, but it was on the corner of a busy street and their was a lot of road noise.

“0/10, do NOT recommend”
Location was good - this is the only positive thing about this hotel. The “salon” and “cafe” are both boarded up, the elevator was out of commission, and the ceilings leaked when it rained.

“Exceeded my expectations with a unbeatable price for the location and customer service.”
The customer service was excellent.Ricky was the man not only did he help me with the hotel he also helped by offering his employee spot for me to park cuz I couldn't find parking " I didn't take it "and gave me some advice and optional places to go while I was visiting San Francisco.

“Staff and location excellent but the place needs a major face lift”
The location of the hotel is excellent- not far to walk to the Golden Gate Bridge or Fishermans wharf. It’s easy to get to for most of the main sightseeing locations. The hotel building has some original and appealing features, and has much potential to return to its former glory. It just needs an investor to help renovate and bring it back to life which I really hope will happen as it has suffered a great deal following the 2020 pandemic consequences . The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

“Quiet and clean hotel in a good part of the city. But, whatever you do, don't leave your items there”
I did like the location and the fact that it was not too busy. Plus, there were no homeless people

The location was exactly. You are walking distance to historic marina, and a public library. Also easy bus ride (28) DOWN LOMBARD TO THE BEST VIEW OF THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE AND CONTINUE TO STONESTOWN SHOPPING MALL. THE # 30 TO UNION STATION THROUGH CHINA TOWN.

“Cheap and Cheeful”
The Marina Inn, was perfect for my stay. It is not fancy but the staff were kind and friendly and the location was perfect for what I needed. This place is what it is, I loved it and would stay again.

The hotel itself was very unclean. Trashcan were dirty and full, we had to get our own linen and change our beds.. A maid never came in our room.
