“Great location and value if you realistic in what to expect”

Location was very convenient for Union Square. Easy walking distance. Of course, you have to remember it’s the Tenderloin district with all that it comes with. The hotel was clean and staff were amazing. I had a room towards the back and it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

I had a great time staying at the hotel. It is in a perfect location—central and close to everywhere. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Ver is a great man. He is hospitable and friendly. The owner has been very friendly since the beginning. We had problem with the flights that’s affected our stay in SF and they always have been very willing to help. Me and my friend, we both felt very satisfied with the place. We’re heard about the location and stuff but honestly, it’s not bad at all. Just keep on the same street and nothing would happen. The hotel was very quiet and nice.

Hotel is lead by and excellent manager, communication was swift and always to the point, all special requirements (late check-in, bag keeping for extended time) were answered promptly and to my highest satisfaction. Overall it was a great value for the price for a short one-person sleepover where you actually do not need a private bathroom at all (and it was never an issue to find an empty restroom or shower in the hotel at pretty much any given time). And you get a bathrobe, so you really can walk to the shared shower in full comfort!
