The most helpful staff!! My room was at the back so I had no problem with noise. In fact it was very quiet. Large room and spacious. Nice touches like water and chocolates. Very close to golden gate and the marina. Excellent restaurants nearby.

“Affordable, nice location”
Felt secure, free parking, large comfortable bed, fridge in room. Room was what you would expect for what you pay for, pretty basic. 10 min walk from a great coffee/donut place near the Palace of Fine Arts

“Friendly staff, but very noisy”
It was clean and looked fine. We stayed there for 3 nights. That might be a bit long for this location, so I’d recommend it more as a stopover stay. The staff was very friendly and helped us well by pointing out the highlights and addressing the towel issue (see ‘negative point’). The staff gets a 10!

It was a terrible experience! When we arrived at the hotel, we were charged an additional \$150 as a deposit, which we were not informed about. Our room was very dirty. There were hair on the floor and bed, dust on the painting, mirror, and TV, and many insects in the shower! Additionally, someone was playing loud music at night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
