“Comfortasbel and quiet location with many of the tourist sites easily accessible.”
Location very good - hire car returned before booking in and subsequently not needed. Uber, Waymo and public transport quick and easy. Staff incredibly helpful and polite. Not a modern anonymous building, it had character.

Location is 2 minutes walk to Union Sq and a Trolley stop. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were really good. Shower in the bath, but not something that would stop me staying here again. Free water in the lobby along with free coffee from 7am. The cheesecake factory, above Macy's in the Union Sq, is a 2 min walk and the food is exceptional. Can't really fault the hotel and if we ever go back would definitely stay here again. The staff we met were excellent and very friendly.

Good location, ok rooms, great value. It's an older hotel and the furnishings and finishes reflect that. However, it was overall a quite good value stay compared to other accommodations.

Great hotel with nice old fashioned atmosphere and in a good location. Plenty of transport, shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff always helpful and polite. Room very quiet.
