I wanted to comment on the fact that during the last day, after we checked out, our flight was cancelled and the inn let us stay in the lobby and figure out next steps, they even offered us their phone, so we can call the airline, that was extremely helpful and kind!

“Acceptable, but underwhelming.”
Location was excellent. It is close enough to everything we came to SF for (Fisherman’s warf, China town, cable cars, Alcatraz etc), that you could either walk, take the cable car around town. Which is especially helpful when the hotel have free parking.

The location is magnificent, there is a large parking lot down below, and parking is available up top as well; there is an elevator.
