The location was excellent. I also appreciated the effort made to offset the lack of views — the addition of plants and decorative fountains on the brick walls was a thoughtful touch.

Great location but incredibly quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Staff welcoming and friendly. The small buffet breakfast good and sufficient to start your day. Good care was taken of our luggage after check out until we departed to the airport. Our room was lovely, with a separate sitting area. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained.

Our room was spacious, well appointed, and the shower was easy to get in and out of. We loved having ceiling fans, something we have at home but have not seen in hotels on our travels. Also, our bed was super comfy. The location was fantastic..so close to Union Square.

The location was good and very easy to get to after using BART. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was very quiet at night.

“Fantastic stay & extra-ordinary staff!”

Our stay was amazing! I have seldom seen a place where every single person was so extraordinary forthcoming, helpful and kind. We have been given an upgrade and a quiet room, which made our stay even more precious. At every floor you have the possibility to sit and chill and the breakfast is great. It is being filled up constantly and is tasteful and offers variety. Special thanks to Carlos & Jorge especially :) The location could not been more better, you are at Union Square! And around the corner is a car rental place.

This was a charming little hotel right off Union Square. The location was great and the room was bright, spacious, and comfortable. Every person on staff was friendly and kind, and they were great about helping me navigate some hassle with my booking. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again!
