1. Upon check-in, I realized I had forgotten to update the name associated with my booking email address. I provided various forms of identification to prove that the email address belonged to me, but the staff's attitude was indifferent, and they told me to contact Booking.com myself to update my name. 2.The price of the buffet breakfast wasn't cheap, so I had high expectations. However, I was very disappointed when I went to eat breakfast. The variety of food was limited, the hygiene was only average, and the service staff's attitude was also mediocre.

Clean, spacious and functional rooms. Nice staff and good location; close enough to the events but away from the crowds. Breakfast was varied and great quality.

“Okay, but I would not book this hotel again. I also would not recommend it to friends.”
The location was good for new years eve, but the managing was not so professional. We waited 1 hour for the valet services. We waited 20 Minutes for the elevators. All the people coming in the same time were not good handled by the staff.
