I had late check out and the hotel charged twice. I noticed that and email to the hotel on May 9th and no one has respond to me until a local friend of mine help me sort it out. Until now, the hotel still didn’t explanation or properly apologise the inconvenience causes. The experience is really awful and very disappointing! Also, the front staff an Asian guy who is very rude and unhelpful. And the hotel never did the house keeping during my stay.

The smell in the lobby, coming from the adjacent restaurant. The smell was even stronger when in the restaurant. I would like to clarify that the personnel in the restaurant was excellent.

There was a lot of noise from the air condition which make our life very bad .....the room is very small doesn't work for money... They asked for 35 dollars which have been already paid by booking.com... so I don't recommend it for anyone it's overrated

“EXCELLENT SPOT FOR A VISIT TO SFO”
Very handy to points of interest, Union Square, restaurants etc. There is a breakfast, lunch, drinks place right next door that works really well. The road is not super busy so getting cabs etc simple and safe.

“Clean up the streets people!”
I met two fantastic employees who did an outstanding job in helping me. I am a Metallica fan and one employee (I hate that I did not ask her name) went out of her way to help.
