“Fantastic hotel would stay here again 100%”
Right in the heart of union square, lots of shops and restaurants close buy, hotel was spotless huge rooms and their restaurant called DIRTY HABIT was exceptional for food and drinks.

Excellent location, metro and trams a short walk away, hotel is opposite Ross Store and 5 mins to Target. Trader Joe’s supermarket right next door.

“Overall, it’s okay, but the price doesn’t match the quality — it’s way too overpriced.”
I liked the hotel’s location — everything is nearby and within walking distance. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a mini fridge. The wardrobes are convenient, and the toiletries smell nice, but they didn’t replenish them for us, and the shower gel ran out. Bathrobes and towels were all available in sufficient quantities.

“Great start to a San Fran break”
Good location, extremely spacious room, very comfortable bed. Staff were very polite, courteous & helpful especially Pierre on reception, couldn’t have made our first trip to San Francisco more welcoming.

“Great location, but poor service”
Location and rooms are very good. The lobby is too small but if you are not expecting to spend time in the lobby, it doesn’t matter.
