“An okay hotel to stop for a night if you are alone on a business trip”
On the bright side: clean rooms, decent soundproofing from the neighbors and the corridor, and an amazingly cozy rooftop bar with a really nice and welcoming barman.

The VIA Breakfast was excellent! I always looked forward to it every morning. I also learned that I am a huge fan of Greek Yogurt, thanks to the tasty granola and berries option VIA had available.

“Good location and clean but low value for the price”
Rooms were clean and well-maintained Nice to have complementary tea&coffee in the lobby in the morning and there's a mini buffet with snacks etc. available for purchase at the lobby, this is very convenient as in SF (unlike NYC) there isn't a bodega/CVS on every corner Location is pretty convenient - nice walk towards the Ferry Building from the hotel and also convenient to get to other neighbourhoods via rideshare

“Clean hotel with large rooms”
Rooms are really large. Bathroom is large also with good pressure and hot water. Rellatively quiet area. Little to no issues with homeless people hanging around like other hotels.

Very good location not far from pier, good wi-fi to be able to work from a hotel if needed, really clean, comfortable beds. Supermarket is close if needed as well as bus stop. Has all needed amenities and even more!

“Great location in a great city”
Location was optimal, and the roof terrace was great. The place is a bit overpriced, but we were on vacation, specifically to watch a week's worth of Giant's games across the street, and paying a little extra was fine by us.

Excellent location for my purpose, working at INSEAD business campus on 5 minutes walk. Big room, excellent bed and shower. Kind staff and good service. Wonderful rooftop bar.

“Would definitely stay again if going to a show at the Chase center.”
Quiet room - tough to find in this busy city! Nice bed, great shower. Front desk very helpful. Great location for the Chase Center. We were able to walk back to the hotel after the show.

“No view: rooms face a brick wall”
Modern room wired, quiet and comfortable. Good lighting. New machines in the gym. I stayed 5 nights, 1/5 through booking.com. Efficient staff.
