Staff was extremely nice and friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Free breakfast was very basic but nice nonetheless. Location was INCREDIBLE -- super close to Japantown and lots of bus routes.

“One of the best hotels for biz trip!”
I don’t think there are many hotels in San Francisco that offer this kind of location and include breakfast at this price. It’s true that the hotel is older and the furniture is dated, but it’s very clean and very well maintained. The age and history of the hotel actually add to its charm—rather than being a negative, it’s something you can enjoy. Hotel staffs are very friendly and kind.
