“Stylish hotel in a great location”
Fab location. Room had such a nice feel to it, it wasn’t big and didn’t have a view but the decor and fittings made it feel like such a nice space. The bar and lounge area was so nice to come back to an have a night cap at the end of the night. The staff were very helpful and really nice to talk to.

“May stay hotel Emblem”
Staff were efficient and friendly and polite. Hotel is in good location and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean with good facilities, necessary essentials for your stay. You can get water and ice on every floor which was a bonus.

This hotel is conveniently situated just off Union Square offering easy access to public transport. The friendly staff and excellent amenities, including lovely toiletries and a Nespresso machine, make it a great choice. The rooms are also decent sized and comfortable with charming character. It’s also connected to a fantastic coffee shop that opens at 6am. I highly recommend the Cable Car ride from Powell to Hyde but arrive early to avoid the queues.

No desk in my room for work. The coffee machine was in a wardrobe that wasn’t lit, so difficult to operate.

Immediate impact and warmth of the reception staff.... felt at home straight away. Lovely and stylish room, superb bed. Great bar to unwind at the end of each day - complimentary sangria too. Perfect location to explore and connect with transport.

Location was excellent, staff were always smiling and service oriented. One of them, Panda, was exceptionally kind to assist me in a printing a package return. Rooms are well designed and a good size.
