“Excellent Hotel in quiet area”

Location wise the hotel is a little out of the way if you want to be closer to the "in" scene down at Pier 39 but we walked thru Chinatown down to the Pier a few times and it took us around 40 mins. Coming back is mainly uphill so we worked it out that if you walk along the waterfront to the Cruise terminal and then cut thru the financial district this is mainly on the flat and you then have a gentle incline up Bush St back to the hotel just around the corner by Chinatown entrance. We are early 70's and late 70's and this was not a problem. Not much in the way of eating places around, we were disappointed with Chinatown itself, pretty though with the lanterns across the streets. Absolutely ideal hotel for short term stay Room: The room was spacious with nice decor except for the closet which was painted black and no light in there so it was a little difficult to see, perhaps paint the same colour as the room walls. the rest of the room is nicely neutral colours. It was very clean except the grouting in the shower which could off done with a scrub, it was a bit grubby. Storage space was only drawers in the bed side cabinets. Noise: It was surprisingly quiet and we enjoyed uninterrupted sleep. Great cafe around the corner called Mellis for breakfast/lunches We would definitely stay again if we were back in San Fran

“Great stay for a couple of nights”

The radiator got nice and warm! Comfy bed, good location, helpful staff. Tea, coffee and water available if you want it. Nice bathroom. Deposit returned instantly!

Location was excellent. It was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel and it definitely paid off. We found the room to be cleaned to a high standard and enjoyed our stay there.

Conveniently located just off of Market Street and Chinatown, it's also great value for money. The room itself was comfortable with all standard amenities and a nice bathroom.

Amazing location! My partner and I felt really safe, walking distance from must-see spots like Union Square, Chinatown, and other big attractions! Perfect size for a few days stay, nice and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful!

Majority of your staff were brilliant! In particular a lady on her 40s that hold my luggages in the morning so I could checked in later, also it was a man working around 10/11 pm that gave me a bottle of water when I asked when I could buy one , your staff are brilliant but one! The young guy, worked in the evening during my stay and he worked in the evening on the 6th and 7th November, he was very unprofessional during my stay, no eye contact, no manners, no greetings, he was just looking at his phone all the time not caring about customer service. Your housekeeping did an excellent job, and the hotel location is fab Id have give you a 10 overall if it wasn't for that young receptionist with no manners

The location is very central and easy to get everywhere from. Only 20 min to the airport by taxi. The room was small but very clean and had everything you need even an iron.

The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and public transport.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel 32One in San Francisco. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and professional. In particular, the young man who checked me in (I believe his name was Daniel) truly stood out – he was always smiling, attentive, and genuinely made me feel at home. He is clearly made for this job. My room was very clean and, just as I had requested, located on a higher floor. The location of the hotel is simply perfect – I was able to explore San Francisco entirely on foot, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return to Hotel 32One on my next visit to San Francisco!
