“Gerne wieder”

The hotel is centrally located; it is showing its age a bit, but the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the staff are polite, friendly, and accommodating.

The parking was useful, however it was limited so first come first basis. Was in a convenient locations for amenities, close to bus stops .

The location was good and the hotel receptionist was very accommodating and gave us a slightly better room. We were also given a half hour extension to check out.

The location was good. Loads of bars and restaurants near by. The owner was lovely and very welcoming. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels everyday. Rooms has Fridge, kettle and microwave

Great location and the rooms were comfortable. Lady at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything around the San Francisco area.

The property was close to bus stop, snacks for breakfast were ok. Lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful nothing was to much trouble.

The reception were lovely, very accommodating of our late check-in due to a flight delay, very helpful with assisting missing baggage being delivered to us from our airline. The room was clean, modern fittings, parking was easy with good availability.

“Great and affordable stay”

Great place to stay in SF. You can easily walk around (not that far away from Lombard Street, Pier 39). The lady at the reception was exceptional! Such a kind heart, plus always helpful!

It was my second stay. All was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff . Nice neighbourhood . Close to bus stop . Nice beach just few block away. Highly recomend .

Location was perfect. The rooms were clean and big enough.

Location was perfect, in walking distance to most main attractions etc. The lady on reception was brilliant, very helpful and friendly, helped us with booking a really early taxi on the morning we left, she went above and beyond to help us out. Also quick to change my pillow when I asked for a lower one as the original one was a little too big. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs, couldn’t complain about anything here at the Greenwich Inn, I would definitely return.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an ok stay for the prices of San Fran, bit out dated.
