Nice personnel and good price for the location of the hotel

Great value for money, friendly staff, breakfast service, good wifi, hot shower, decent bed. I come here every year when staying in town for a conference.

This is an older hotel but it was meticulously clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pastries for breakfast were very nice. The hotel is close to public transport and there are plenty of food places within easy walking distance.

Comfortable room, in a quite neighbourhood. Complimentary coffee, hot water or tee at any time and sweet, very good fresh breakfast in the morning (muffins and other seets). Hotel is located in a safe districts, close to BART and walking distance to start any sightseeing in the city center.

The room was clean, the towels were snow-white. The mattresses were comfortable. Cable TV was connected. The bathroom and toilet were clean. We slept well. We were checked in at 11:00 am. There were no problems with early check-in. The staff is very polite and calm. Coffee and tea are available at the reception until 10:00 pm. They also had some buns for breakfast, let's go try them. Honestly, for this price, the conditions are good. I didn't expect to see such a price for this money.

The hotel's location is amazing to explore San Francisco. In front of the hotel, there is a valet parking with a reduced rate for hotel customers (35$/night instead of 40$). No breakfast included, but there are free sweet pastries and coffee/tea at reception every morning from 7-10am.
