Super clean. Bathroom had adequate towels. The lady at reception was excellent. Having a laundry really helps. TV was a challenge but got there in the end. Good location to Bart and Muni. Staying again on the return trip home.

The kindness of Alafa (I might write it wrongly, she is American Persian) she was so kind and did everything she can to solve the issues I faced at the hotel. Her kindness compensated every single problem. Thank you.

There were a lot of negative reviews about the property conditions, it was not the newest, but it is well kept, cozy, I literally felt like home in there.

“Great hotel for solo travelers and business people”

The hotel is located in an area that allows easy commute to all major attractions and conference venues as well as simple public transit commute from and to SFO Airport. It has small but well designed rooms great for one person or a couple and a nice communal area with a kitchen, lounge, and laundry on the second floor. Also there are a couple of great restaurants next door you can go to for lunch or dinner.

Public kitchen is good. Plenty disposable tableware and supplements can be used.

Stuffs are helpful and talkative, welling to provide information.

The bed was extremely comfortable and our room was very quiet (we got an inside one), which made for a great night sleep. The shared spaces were really nice, as was the location. We could walk to many places.

There was no closet to hang clothes, and there were only hangers inside bathrooms, next to bathroom door. Made it difficult to enter and not hit the hangers.and no place to hold hand towels by the sink in the room. There was drawer in the room if you can fold your clothes.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to the subway and BART station. The small guest kitchen was very useful for breakfast. The washing machine and dryer were very useful. The locker for leaving our bags before and after the flight was a great help. We requested early check-in, but it wasn't possible.

No breakfast but a close restaurant open at 6.00 AM. So fabulous and friendly. Common room for coffee, kitchen : very good idea Close to Chinatown and Fishermen warfs. Located in Downtown : so, the top.
