The staff were extremely helpful and special thanks must be said to Edmon who processed our check in and check out incidentally. Not only was his service was very good but also he gave a lot of tips where to visit etc as it was our very 1st time in SF.

Good sized room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice modern decoration, very clean, very comfy beds, very nice staff. Only noticeable street noise was fire engine here and there, but otherwise very quiet.

The rooms were well appointed. Good linen and felt clean. Once in the property -I felt safe. Best hotel room as far as USB ports everywhere and decent TV. Nice wallpaper & decor.

“We left a day earlier,couldn't stand it anymore!”
Very tight spaces. No airflow in it,like choking feeling. Heater and cooler super loud,barely works. The fridge is a joke,doesn't cool.The parking is nightmare.

“A safe and enjoyable stay in a not-so-safe neighbourhood.”
Despite being located just next to the Tenderloin area, security was great once I was in the property and I felt safe while inside. I was surprised that in the small amount of space, the hotel was able to provide a fitness centre and I enjoyed working out in there.
