“Great value for money, good location. Nice big rooms”
Great Value, nice big rooms. The happy hour was a nice way to meet people and enjoy the roof top bar. I like the fact I could use the sauna and shower when I got in from my long haul flight before my room was ready.

“Great place to stay in the heart of San Francisco”
Huge room, very classy,, thick pile towels, nice furniture, comfortable bed... Good views from our room and from the top floor club. Lovely staff. Quiet (up on the 12th floor). Great position for transport, shops, theatres... Everything, really.

“Super comfy beds, great overall stay”
We loved the comfortable bed and pillows, the wonderful fluffy towels, the spacious suite, the fact that we could open the window and get fresh air in the room, the complimentary coffee, chocolate etc at the Club on top floor!

The Donatello was so close to scoring at least a 9... the room was large and well equipped, the staff all seemed friendly and welcoming, and its location is great.

Location was very central to Union Square, Chintatown. Bed was so very comfortable. Room was spacious and had a microwave and coffee machine. Club floor was great for complimentary tea/coffee everyday.

“Ideal stay in SF”
Perfect location, so close to Union Square but quiet in the room. Very spacious comfortable room. Helpful staff, especially Joe and Pam. Their Zingara Restaurant was excellent for a light late lunch.
