Great hotel. Lovely staff. Nice rooms. Rooftop bar and restaurant is great. A little expensive but a must do for the experience.

Great Location right next to the Moscone convention centre where my event was! Hotel is well maintained, clean, pleasant staff, room was small and quirky, had everything you needed, bedsheets are excellent quality, had great sleep. House keeping is excellent.

the room is cute, spacious bathroom, friendly staff. The bed is big and comfortable. The roof top restaurant has a wonderful view. totally recommend to have a drink in the evening if you want to have a good night view of SF

Reception staff was always available and welcoming. The room was clean, gym available 24/7. Location good if visiting Moscone Center.

Near to the conference venue, convenient, clean & well-designed room. Good gym facilities, & cafe with good coffee Nice rooftop bar No homeless were spotted on my street, so its safe in comparison to the other hotels on union square

I loved the eco friendly vibe, the room and hotel itself were cute, clean, valet parking was helpful, just too expensive. Unfortunately didn’t go up to the rooftop bar it was cold! Coffe shop was good!

My sheets appeared to have coffee (?) stains on them that weren't from my stay... Otherwise, everything was very clean and tidy. Cleaning staff were friendly and very pleasant.

Wonderful rooftop restaurant and after hours bar with views and good food, couches and tables for whatever your mood. Great bar and lounge area in the lobby, too, and cute cafe for morning coffee in lobby. Room was small but stylish and spotlessly clean. Had a refrigerator and coffee station. Walking distance to Oracle Park for concerts. Very close to MOMA.

The hotel was great but it was VERY expensive for the purpose of the stay, no breakfast was available and the small bar at the entrance does not cook a good breakfast.
