Lots of stairs and no elevator, it made hard work hauling cases upstairs Being an older building, you can hear every footstep, every door close, so can be quite noisy.

On the second day, I received sad news and had to cut my trip short. The ladies working at the hostel helped me pack my bike, and I'm grateful to them. I returned home with fond memories of the kind, warm, and helpful ladies at the Amsterdam Hostel.
