The 7th Street & Market Street Subway Station is just steps from this centrally located San Francisco hotel. A 24-hour reception with tour services is offered at the Aida Plaza Hotel. WiFi is not working inside the hotel. The signal is not penetrating inside rooms. The rooms are not clean.

Location is perfect, 3 blocks away from downtown and just across the street from the BART Civic Center station (you can take the BART train to/from the airport which is super handy). Wi-Fi was super stable: I had a 8-hour online meeting for final project review in Europe and it worked flawlessly which was amazing. Compared to just 5 month before, in my previous trip, the neighborhood is also much safer at night with police and city workers always around. The staff and even the owner himself are super friendly and accommodated all my requests, this and many other times.

“Gret location, staff, few blocks from downtown, Bart train (Civic Center) is across the street.”
Location, staff, few blocks from downtown, Bart metro Civic Center is right across the street. I have come here regularly up to 4 times a year for 12 years, good value for money. It is walking distance to Ferry Building, Financial District, Chinatown/North Beach, Japantown and many other attractions, countless restaurants, Caltrain station (in case you wanna go South towards Palo Alto, Mountain View, etc.).

It’s very close to the main shopping district and to public transport. It’s also easy to walk to Chinatown.

“Great location, comfortable stay”
Location was awesome, 2 minute from BART, bus, tram. Everything is right in front of the hotel. The staff was nice. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
