The only sitting area was up on the mirador. Nothing on the main level. No bedside lamps. No decor. A bag of ice would have been nice since ice maker in frig didn't work.

The service by management during our 3 day stay was very good. I had Whatsapp & used it a few times & Frederico was very helpful & made our stay enjoyable. The location was awesome. Very very close walk to the beach. All the restaurants are on that street too. If you go further, you can find some street vendors beyond most of the higher tourist priced restaurants. Portion sizes were small at most places, not all. We left our window opened to hear the ocean at night & loved the bird noises in the trees. Our bed was comfortable. Was able to wash my clothes & hang on the drying racks provided in our room & they dried over night. A Broom & dustpan for use for the sand brought in.

The accommodation was mediocre and not good value. It was too expensive. The picture on my booking form was not the room we were given so it was false and misleading. The pillows were lumpy and stained and the bed linen stained and thin. I would not present my guests with bedding of such a low standard. Only 1 bedside lamp worked. The other 1 had no light bulb and no socket close enough to plug in. The kitchen cupboards were broken. The crockery was dirty and the sponge supplied for cleaning dishes was disgusting. The room had not been cleaned properly and there was still a tube of toothpaste behind the bathroom sink from previous guest. The staff were excellent and very polite which is the only good thing I can say about the accommodation and it was close to the beach. The room was very disappointing and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I really enjoyed the location, the space was open and large. Really good sized kitchen. And had a good bed as well. I enjoyed the beach view out of the small window. I didn't have a light bulb in the small reading light, and they were prompt to help resolve the issue.

Very nice room, Perfect location right at the beach. They even let us stay an hour longer cause of an important call.
