“Great hotel, we've stayed here four times and will be back!”
The pool area is nice, lots of shade and nice trees/flowers/vegetation. The king bed is very comfortable and staff are all great and very helpful. The location is central, close to the beach and grocery stores/lots of restaurants.

“terrible”
they had a rat infestation, we were going for 2 nights and they had to move us to a different hotel because of the rats, so we left after that night, they said they would reimburse us for both nights but never did

“Great location and great Wifi in San Pancho.”
The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool and property are pretty. I think the room could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, but understand it's hard to clean sand at a beach property. The balcony was large. Wifi worked well as my partner had to work for two days while in San Pancho. This was one of the main reasons we picked here as it seemed to have the best wifi in San Pancho to work remote and it was effective. That said, the room was really too small to work. We had brought in the balcony chair and table and that plus the bed took up the entire room. We were able to check in to our room after reception closed as we arrived really late. Overall, I'd recommend.

We really enjoyed the small patio overlooking the pool where we sat each morning to enjoy our coffee. Also, the proximity to the beach and restaurants was within a block away and two blocks to the beach. The hotel also provided beach chairs and an umbrella with a deposit of 400 pesos.

Excellent stay! Rooms were very clean and spacious. The patios were so nice to enjoy a coffee or a drink and the pool was very refreshing. The location was also fantastic, right close to the beach and the main strip. Highly recommend staying here.

“Highly recommend this lovely small hotel”
Wonderful location one block from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops yet very quiet. The pool was fabulous and always clean. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning good and the terrace very useful. Towels changed every day and rooms cleaned.
