“This hotel is cute and cozy, in a great location. Pool is not onsite.”
The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s in the heart of San Pancho and very accessible to the beach and restaurants. The building and rooms were very aesthetic. I liked the complimentary breakfast.

“Loved it! Would stay again (but in a different room)”
The friendly check in experience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel. The incense burning throughout the day and the candles on the stairs at night were a really nice touch, never seen that before. Lovely and unique decor. Friendly restaurant staff. The rooms were very clean. Loved that there were facecloths (so few hotels in Mexico seem to provide them). Water jugs on every floor for guest use. Very clean. The earplugs in the room (amazing). Comfortable beds with nice clean and good smelling sheets & pillowcases. Our family of three adored this place.

“Delightful.”
Charming cozy boutique hotel. Sweet picturesque town. It's a walk to the pool but it's big and is in a stunning hidden garden. The jazz band "Resonance" was fabulous! The restaurant food very good but skip the cheese tray, it disappoints. Every inch of the hotel and restaurant is welcoming and lovingly decorated.

My only issue was with noise at night. Our room was at the front of the hotel. I think a room overlooking the restaurant would have been much quieter. Other than that the plans was fabulous.

Good quality food, great service - the interior design and props make it very homely/welcoming. Room and beds were comfortable. 100m of the main road, 500meters from the beach - all easy to walk.
