“Very good but smokey”
We have stayed a few times at Casa di Giulio and Hotel de Asis, which are basically the same hotel in two different Buildings. It has always been excellent as it was now, except for one thing. They have a lovely garden with a small pool.

“Nice little oasis in the heart of San Pancho”
The place was quiet and the location excellent. Good room size, best bed of our whole vacation. Warm water with high pressure. Very nice cleaning staff with high quality cleaning.

“Relaxing, clean and very comfortable spot close to the beach. Loved it.”
Location was close to the beach but was still quiet. Check in was easy and the room was a perfect size for my partner and I. We had the triple room which also had a small deck and stairs to the pool and shared kitchen area.

“Fantastic place in San Pancho”
This place was wonderful. It was far enough away from noisy nightlife, so easy to sleep also at earlier time, but still very close to the beach and everything else. It was clean and very well furnished. In fact, the design was really exquisite for that price. The bed was very comfortable. Shower, fridge, coffee machine, safe everything worked fine. I can certainly recommend „pool view“, because then you face the backyard, which is very beautiful. The partially sunny balcony was bright, but never hot. The staff was very helpful. Very much appreciated was also the freshwater which was available for the guest.

Nice little place, my room was small and plain. I noticed pretty artwork in the other rooms and yet mine had none? There is no TV just in case that is your preference, it was not an issue for me. The room has a small fridge and safe. The pool was nice. There is great open Market on Tuesdays worth checking out. Beach is close.
