“Lovely staff, shame the rooms let it down…..”
On the whole, the staff were friendly & accomodating. Pools were nice, food pretty good. It was the rooms that let it down. Bathrooms are in pretty poor condition; the shower over bath used to fill with water every time we showered, & was dangerous stepping out! We didn’t get clean towels every day & had no hot water for almost a week. Sadly I wouldn’t go back unless the rooms were refurbished. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!!

Lovely village style setup with all sorts of food ‘shops’ included in price. Great beachfront, pool and water sports facilities. Helpful friendly staff. Large clean rooms and comfortable beds.

“The hotel had 5 starts according to DR standards. It has only 3 stars according to the US standards.”
I like the location. It had a nice beach. Also, all the attractions are fairly close. We took the Cultural Experience trip, and it was great. We have experienced a lot of things. I would recommend this trip.

“Be aware that the cheap price means cheap services. The food is very basic and does not vary.”
The price is very good for what you get but don’t expect a real 5 stars hotel for this price. The food is basic and doesn’t vary but there’s always a way to eat something healthy.

“We enjoyed our visit. Everything was very clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating.”
The scrambled eggs were always cold. I’m diabetic and must do very low carb. I would have enjoyed seeing more low carb food on the buffet. Bacon would have been great.
