“Not what I expected! My baby got sick!”
The place is under renovations no pools were available where we were staying and we had to take a shuttle to go the pool and to the restaurants. The place is not kid friendly because it was a nightmare with a stroller everywhere we went! The food was average nothing exciting. Our tv didn’t work in our room there was nothing great about our stay!

“Helpful staff overall, and we happen to be there on their yearly party which was amazing.”
We happen to be there for their yearly party which included entertainment, outdoor buffet, and fireworks! Most staff was great, check in was a little iffy... felt bad for the new guy Brian who was trying to explain fees but had no idea what he was talking about... Supervisor Fanny could have been more helpful.

For the most part the adult staff was very pleasant. The younger ones lacked motivation and pleasantries. The place was kept clean.

The furniture at Crown Suites needs to be upgraded.The sofa was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet kept getting clogged and the floors were constantly wet/damp as if dew was in the room The cupboards need changing. The bedroom closets need a whole makeover
