“Confusing”
In the Booking description we had missed/not understood the "shared kitchen" remark. Turned out we had not rented (a separate part of) a house, but a sleeping room with a separate bathroom. There was also a kitchen and a living room, but both were shared with other guests. To us this was pretty confusing. As our bedroom and bathroom were connected through an open mezzanine, the people in the living room below could see us walking from our sleeping room to the bathroom if they wanted to. Not enough privacy.

“Fantastic view from a beautiful apartment”
It is by far the most beautiful apartment I ever had at Booking.com! Even though it's incredibly cheap for an apartment of this size. Don't choose it if you want a super modern kitchen or bathroom, but enjoy the spacious apartment, the incredible view from 2 balconies, the wonderful furniture, and the contact with an extremely friendly host.

“Fantastic lake view.”
Fantastic view over the lake to watch the sun set. We had the use of the entire upper floor and only saw the host when we were greeted. We were provided with a lot of useful information prior to our stay. The shaded parking was great. There were quite a lot of cats. This is quite a unique property.

Fantastic location with breathtaking view of the lake. The owners live on the bottom floor but we hardly saw them during our stay. We pretty much had the entire top floor to ourselves...

“A nice stay at the lake”
Nice room and terrace with a perfect view on the lake. Parking place in the shade. Beside the checkin we didn't see the owners who also live there, so it seemed as if we had it all for us.
