The room was spacious and clean and the host was very kind and helpful. The location is just gorgeous as well, overlooking the water. It was the perfect stay for us.

Vania is such a lovely lady, she was very interested in me as a guest and a person. As a host, she went above and beyond to try and make sure any requests were accommodated, she even offered to lend me a bike!

Everything was spotless. Vania was an amazing host — she kindly waited for us late at night for check-in and offered a late breakfast and checkout free of charge. The room had a beautiful view of the lake. Parking is available at the spot.

Vania is a fantastic person and takes very good care of you. The property is very close to the lake and all the activities there. The breakfast is adequate. We were upgraded to a room with a little roof terass with a fantastic view.

By far our best accommodation we have had so far in Italy! The facility was recently renovated and the rooms are superb, beds are comfortable, everything is spotless clean and you feel like in five star hotel! Our host - Vania was friendly, forthcoming and very helpful. The breakfast in the garden makes a perfect start for a day. There are parking places available on the property. The place is great as a base to visit Umbria - Perugia, Assisi and much more.

Lovely quiet non-touristy town. Had the best local restaurant genuine Italian food using Google translate to communicate with the owners. Vania our host was very helpful and lovely making our stay very enjoyable.
