Lovely house and kind people renting it to us . Great kitchen and terrace views. The gardens were super impressive. The cleaning however was poor and we spent some time working on all the rooms . We left the house cleaner than we found it .

We loved the view from the balcony - especially for sunset. The property is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for home cooking. The gardens are beautiful. The lounge, tv, wifi is all working well and super comfortable.

The house is lovely and the view from the terrasse is wonderful. A magic place to be for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and on very hot days we appreciated having air conditioning. Loved the bowling run and being in the trees. Perfect place to go on day trips to Assisi, Perugia etc Location is brilliant if you want to run & hike along the lake or up in the hills and cycling (mountain bikes) we recommend a visit to the Poggio Santa Maria (wine cellars): their olive oil is perfect and their wines are beautiful

Location, view and scenery

We had a fabulous time with our group of friends, the house was spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the view was beautiful. We had a great stay and were very happy with our time at Casa dei Tramonti.

Very spacious well equipped villa set in great sized grounds. Glorious view over Lago Trasimeno. Exceeded our expectations from the photos on Booking.com. (Fortunate enough to have beautiful sunsets every evening!) Given a direct contact for the agent who met us on arrival. No problem changing our arrival time on the day. Given clear explanations on how everything worked and who you contact if any problems. Kitchen had everything you need and more with kitchen roll, dishcloths and tea towels all provided, and an array of herbs and spices available for use. Good sized fridge and 2-drawer separate freezer. Fully air-conditioned, which was an absolute plus at night. Fly screens at all the windows. Great sized tables for eating inside or outside. Lovely relaxing hanging chair and sun loungers on the patio area. Added bonus of a Petong pitch in the grounds which was well used over our stay. Separate undercover outside BBQ area with gas BBQ. All towels and bed linen provided.
