Impeccably clean, comfortable apartament located close to shops/restaurants in the center of the village as well as the wonderful nature reserve. It was also quiet. The hosts were kind enough to allow us to cancel one night of stay free of charge, for which we are very grateful.

“Wonderful people who took care of us”
We were booked in at Residence Bleu but we received a call 2 days before to advise there was a water leak in our apartment. Residence Bleu arranged another accommodation for us and ensured we were taken care of, covering our drinks and food bill by way of apology. They still allowed us access to the facilities such as the garden. This turned out to be one of our favourite stops on the Alpe Adria trail in a lovely friendly village.

“Perfect”
Absolutely everything was great. Location in the center of the village, everything is nearby, local restaurants, markets. The bus stop is also very close. Excellent covered parking. The biggest impression was made by the staff who tried their best to explain the tourist attractions in Trieste, where are the coffee bars, restaurants, what to do... All recommendations for accommodation.

“Excellent choice of apartment”
Fabulous apartment, booked as an interim stopover on a long journey back from Croatia to Germany for two nights. Great, rural location with everything we needed right outside the apartment block, such as a shop, restaurant, cafe etc. Apartment was very clean, spacious, quality, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The bed was superb! So welcoming and sleep was wonderful. Bathroom (one of the most important features for me) was excellent. Very clean, modern, power shower, lots of space. Kitchen had everything required to cook a meal if desired and to enjoy seated around the dining table. Layout of building was so convenient with a lift from the underground, key card access, car parking right to the apartment door. Our two dogs were welcome to stay with us, but there are strict policies on behaviour and cleanliness. This is a good thing, because it's something we agree on but obviously not all dog owners share that responsibility. We would never leave our dogs alone in a strange place, yet this is one of the rules the owner stipulates. All of the staff we met were very friendly and accommodating. At check-in we were greeted and given a full tour of the facilities and all queries were met, everything was explained. Such a great place to stay. We were certainly not disappointed.
