Fairly close to the A1 motorway (junction Incisa) in splendid panoramic position of the Florentine hills.

Pool, Food was top quality, Venue. Friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. Amazing pool facilities. Tennis facilities were nice and balls were included

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect, and the views are truly breathtaking — it’s a place where you just want to pause and enjoy every moment. The pool exceeded all expectations — a real highlight — and the garden around it is charming and beautifully maintained. The service is outstanding. We would especially like to mention the administrator who kindly prepared fruits and food for us at night — such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite. However, no words can fully capture the beauty, the atmosphere, and even the birdsong that make this place feel truly magical.

“Authentic Tuscan scenery in peaceful hills”
Comfy beds, beautiful landscape and premises to walk around, horses! Breakfast included and it's great to have an equipped kitchen as well. Terrace to sit on and have a coffee was great. Parking was roomy and covered. Again, absolutely beautiful scenery!

“Peacful”
The property is very beautiful and spacious, and the view from the room was outstanding. The area has beautiful landscapes, great amenities, a clean environment, and very aesthetic places. It is truly relaxing for the eyes, with lots of greenery everywhere. The village where the accommodation is located is also very charming.

We stayed at Fattoria Degli Usignoli during our visit to Tuscany. The location was convenient for exploring the Tuscany region and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff were generally helpful and supportive during our stay. Access to the room was easy, and the room itself was spacious enough and comfortable for a few days. Also the parking area was quite big. No problem with that. Overall, the experience was decent and the hotel worked well as a base for visiting the area

The venue looks like from a high class movie about Tuscany. High Class Restaurant with excellent waiters and a lot of sports fields (football, tennis)

“Extremely good.”
Extremely good! Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel grounds feel like a Tuscan village, and I experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life there. The restaurant is outstanding both for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast costs €9 and offers an excellent selection. Dinners are priced similarly to other tourist places in Italy — not cheap, but incredibly tasty and worth every cent. I honestly didn’t expect such a wonderful restaurant in this hotel. I thought it would be a small place with just a few rooms, but in fact, the property is quite large, and yet all the rooms are arranged in such a way that guests don’t disturb each other. The swimming pool is fantastic. I only regret not staying longer. I will definitely come back! Highly recommend this place — it was truly one of the highlights of my trip.
