The house is situated in a very quiet area, but very close to the city. For me the main points were being close to the river for an evening walk and the breakfast. At the time there was only me and one couple in the house, so I had a private and delicious breakfast in the veranda. I have to highlight the coffee - as a Czech person I was a little bit afraid I would get italian espresso, but I got the whole thermo bottle of coffe for me. The room was just the right size for one person with a table, tv, heating, and a private bathroom.

The room was small but comfortable and had a refrigerator, excellent air conditioning, and a swimming pool. The area was very quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to spend the night en route. A delicious breakfast was also provided, with excellent coffee. Nearby is the only mosaic school in the world in Spilimbergo, which you can visit - I highly recommend it!

Charming villa with great garden just outside of San Daniele in the green lands overlooking by the Dolomite mountains. Extraordinary service and extraordinary breakfast. Nice room in excellent condition. Incredible value for money.

“SEE YOU NEXT TIME!”
A wonderfull Italian villa in quiet surroundings of San Daniele in Friuli: near to the Alps, next to the highway, close to the Adriatic Sea, around Fruilian vineyards. Lovely hospitality!

Excellent host, vẻry friendly and helpful. Absolute beautiful place. Very well furnishing, clean and new. Extremely quiet. Beautiful view to the mountain. For single persơn the small rôom is gôod enigma. Nice and healthy breakfast. Absolute recommended.

“The best value B&B ever!”
Wonderful hosts, beautiful gardens, comfortable clean room with superb temperature control whether hot or cold, great shower with plenty of hot water, good breakfast, great quiet location but close to all San Daniele’s many attractions. All this plus eight cats! Bargain price too!
