The place and court yard is beautiful. The rooms are big and cleaned daily. I had a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. I also found it high value for money with the discount booking on booking.com app only 5 euro more per night compared to hostel prices without own bathroom. So very happy with my stay.

the Hotel has a garage for the car we had rented and the staff was always available for any questions we had. Perfect Location and very nice rooms. We were provided a heater since was quite cold.

Lovely gardens to hang around

Nice and elegant hotel with spacious rooms around a very beautiful garden. But unfortunately not ideal in winter as rooms have no heating and nights get really cold. Was a little freezing at night, but apart from that I had a great stay. Location is also very good.

Very nice location, close to many restaurants around 10 minutes to the Zócalo. Also close to a lot of shops, if you want to do some nice shopping - shops vary from local crafts, chocolate and coffee, to more expensive local design and high quality clothes. The hotel itself was nice, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a cute view. Breakfast was really good.

“A wonderful hotel with gorgeous garden”

A wonderful hotel with extremely attentive staff. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The garden and relaxation area are filled with gorgeous plants – a little paradise. We arrived early in the morning intending just to leave our luggage, but they allowed us to check into the room, which was really great after an all‑night drive from Oaxaca. The hotel is at most a 6–7 minute walk from the center, in a quiet area. Highly recommended

Modern, clean, and comfortable place with a nice view of the mountains. Conveniently located close to the station, grocery shops, restaurants, the main square, and local mercados. Breakfast was served from a provided menu, with only one course allowed, but it was good and tasty, and coffee was unlimited. There is a water dispenser available for guests in the corridor. The interior is nicely decorated, and the staff are very kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. There is also an option to book tours directly from the reception, and the prices are reasonable.

The hotel is located in the middle of ADO terminal and colectivos to Chamula and Zinacantan, each place takes around 17 minutes walking. 8 minutes to the main square and restaurant district. 4 minutes to a laundry store. The room is very pacious and the courtyard is well decorated, you can enjoy some good time just staying in the small garden. Breakfast is very good and provide you with local plates and other regular choices. Beds are really comfy.

“Magnificent hotel with top-notch rooms”

I never write reviews but this hotel was so good for the money we paid (like 30€ for a double, in November) that I still can't believe it. The room was gigantic, ultra clean, with views of the mountains. The bed was ultra comfy. Bathroom was squeaky clean. The hotel itself has a rustic vibe that adds to the experience. And it's super silent. I wish we could have extended ours stay. 100% would recommend.

A beautiful peaceful hotel close to the city centre. The bed was huge and comfy, room was amazing, courtyard was amazing, cleaning was amazing, staff were so helpful and friendly I loved Diego and Himena, Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful - they printed a document for me and they gave me helpful advice on local people to see, we also did some laundry and the service was great. We would love to come back some time.
