It was located centrally, the room was cleaned and new towels given each day.

The location was excellent. This is a basic, old hotel typical of those in the centre of many Mexican cities. It was reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations for this type of hotel. I didn't use the services of the staff much but but found them to be pleasant and helpful.

Location is amazing! Very central located in San Cristóbal! Friendly staff, the girl at the desk was super helpful, she let us choose a room! No A/C in the room but we didn't missed it because it wasn't necessary. Room is basic but clean, everything what you need is available.

I liked the early check in, and when I got an invitation to stay withh friends, I checked out after 12'o clock, but that didn't bother them. I liked the water bottles when they cleaned my room. The woman at the reception was helpful and friendly. I asked for a room with a bigger window and that was not a problem.

Great location! Hotel super noise, you could hear everything from outside your room. The bed was super hard, worst than if you were sleeping in the floor.
